Shipping information makes every effort to ensure the products ordered by our customers are delivered free of damage and on time. During shipment all articles are wrapped and packed in a cardboard box. We bear no responsibility for products during shipment; all parcels, however, are insured.

A parcel must be checked in the presence of a courier. If a product has been damaged during shipment, the parcel must not be accepted and a relevant form must be filled in. The courier must have a relevant document. A short note must be made why the parcel has been rejected. Please, notify this fact to us immediately to get further information.

It is essential to select the right country in the shopping-cart bar. If the country selected does not correspond to the address provided at registration we will be unable to proceed with the order. If this should happen, you will be notified of the fact within by e-mail 24 hours. 

We ship parcels to United Kingdom, European Union and Norway only. We might be able to send parcel to any other location. Please contact us before making the order.

Orders are processed within 5 to 15 working days. Please note that shipments to EU / Norway may take longer. Parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday only. When a shipment is sent you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation. We select only reliable courier companies for shipments.

If for any reason the shipment is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail.

Any enquirers, complaints and problems concerning shipments will be answered by e-mail within 24 hours.
